When you invest in a Future Founders Labs business kit, you're not just buying assets—you're buying our commitment to your success. Here's what that means:
Launch in 30 Days or Less: Follow our system, and you'll have a fully operational business within one month of delivery.
Unlimited Revisions: Not happy with any deliverable? We'll revise it until it meets your standards—no extra charge.
Free Support Until Launch: If you're not launched within 30 days, we'll continue working with you at no additional cost until you are.
Refund Policy
7-Day Full Refund Window
If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase and before we deliver any assets, we'll issue a full refund—no questions asked.
After Delivery Begins
Once we've started working on your kit and delivered initial assets (brand identity, website mockups, etc.), refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis:
- Partial Refund: If less than 50% of deliverables are completed, you may receive a prorated refund minus work completed.
- Service Credit: We may offer credit toward a different kit or additional services instead of a cash refund.
- No Refund: If 75%+ of deliverables are completed and approved by you, refunds are not available.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- You've launched the business and generated revenue using our assets.
- You've failed to respond to communication or provide required information for 14+ days.
- You've violated our terms of service or engaged in fraudulent activity.
- Retainer/monthly support services (prorated for unused months only).
How to Request a Refund

- Your order number and purchase date
- A detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- Any relevant communication history with our team
We'll respond within 2 business days and work with you to find a fair resolution.
