By accessing or using Future Founders Labs' services, website, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services Provided

Future Founders Labs provides ready-to-launch business kits, templates, workflows, and entrepreneurial support services. Each business kit includes branding, systems, templates, and documentation to help you launch a new business. The specific deliverables for each tier are outlined on our Pricing page.

• Discovery calls and consultation services

Payment Terms

All purchases are processed securely through our payment providers. Pricing is clearly displayed before purchase and may vary by kit tier and add-ons.

• One-time kit purchases: Payment due before delivery
• Monthly retainers: Billed monthly, cancel anytime with 30 days notice
• Priority builds: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
• All prices in USD unless otherwise stated
• Refunds are subject to our 30-Day Launch Guarantee policy

30-Day Launch Guarantee

We guarantee you'll have everything you need to launch your business within 30 calendar days of purchase. If we fail to deliver on time without a valid reason:

• We will continue working at no additional cost until completion
• You may request a full refund within 7 days of the 30-day deadline
• Refunds require submission of a refund request explaining the shortfall
• Partial work is non-refundable if significant progress has been made

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership and commercial rights to all deliverables in your business kit, including:

• Brand names, logos, and visual identity
• Website code and designs
• Templates, workflows, and documentation
• Marketing materials and content

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to communications in a timely manner (within 48 hours)
• Complete any required onboarding or discovery calls
• Review deliverables and provide feedback promptly
• Use purchased kits for lawful purposes only
• Not resell, redistribute, or claim our work as your own creation

Limitations & Disclaimers

While we strive for excellence, please note:

• Business success depends on many factors beyond our control
• We provide systems and tools, not guarantees of revenue or profit
• Third-party integrations (Stripe, Calendly, etc.) are subject to their terms
• We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

Termination

Either party may terminate services under these conditions:

• You may cancel monthly retainers with 30 days written notice
• We may terminate services if you violate these terms
• Non-payment results in suspension of services after 15 days
• Upon termination, you retain ownership of completed deliverables
